Speaking of celebrating:

Congratulations faithful reader. We've made it, to well exceeding twenty years of this nonsense. The stanza28 Guest Book, a guest register book, which includes a 250 πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ dedication, is now available here.¹

Also, celebrate with a recipe for Turkey Meatballs Rangoon.

Turkey Meatballs Rangoon

Prepare choice of pasta (I made this with angel hair. To make this keto-ish, replace pasta w/your favorite substitute).

Prepare the Rangoon sauce, modified from Crag Rangoon:

In wok, add oil, two packets ketchup, 2 tbs soy sauce, a little water, 1 tbs sweet chili sauce, and braise small turkey meatballs in this liquid (prepare turkey meatballs). Add water, turkey stock or a bit more soy sauce to deglaze the wok, and some butter.

When the meatballs seem just about done, add 1/3 of a slab of cream cheese, as well as cilantro, to taste. When the pasta is ready (reserve a bit of the pasta water) drain and add to wok; add a bit of the pasta water (less than 1/4 cup) to smooth out the sauce.

Serve.
